Performance Training:

Every athlete needs an edge and a training program to achieve their full potential. Corvino Performance is the next level training program that provides the solution. Division I scholarship baseball player, Leo Corvino, brings his knowledge, research, and years of experience together for the best performance training program in the area. Corvino Performance emphasizes the many aspects of sports conditioning that will help take your game to the next level. This program was established for athletes of all ages who want an intense challenge to test them both physically and mentally. Corvino Performance follows the idea of “muscle confusion,” meaning that each workout is designed to work different muscles. In addition, the workouts are different every time he/she walks through the doors to avoid having the body reach physical plateaus.  Some days will work explosion, others speed and agility, and the most important part of your body, the Core. Corvino Performance guarantees and the athletes agree that the results will be evident both on and off the field.  Come and try it out--- the results speak louder than words.
